- I thought a lot of this was about love but mis education as well. People are rapping just to get #1 on the charts. Lauryn Hill is saying you should come from the heart and if it is #1 good for you. Her flow with R&B and Rap is very well put together. This was big leap not just for female rap but also Hip Hop/Rap as a whole.
